Returns
We hope you love your new items but if not, we do accept returns within 18 days of your order's ship date for refund, or within 23 days of your order’s ship date for store credit!
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Have all tags still attached
- Be unworn / unwashed in like new condition
- Odor free - no perfume smells, deodorant smells, cigarette smoke, food or home smells
- Pet hair free - items returned with any amount of pet hair will not be accepted
- Stain free (including makeup & deodorant marks)
- Must not be a sale / discounted item, a "final sale" item or any item listed in our “non returnable items” below
- Shoes must still be in the original shoe box with all packing material included. No tape or shipping labels should be attached directly to the shoe box.
Non Returnable Items: Bodysuits, sale items, discounted items, items marked as final sale, jewelry, accessories, intimates / bralettes and gift cards
We must receive your return package within 18 days of your order's ship date to be eligible for a refund. This is including both week days and weekends. If 18 days have gone by since your order's ship date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please do not email us asking to make exceptions to our return policy.
Returns received past 18 days will have a 5 day grace period in which we will issue store credit for the eligible returned items. Once the grace period has ended, you will be invoiced for the cost of your return label as well as the cost of having the item shipped back to you if desired. Ineligible returned items will be donated if shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days of the issue date.

Exchanges: Due to limited quantities and fast moving inventory, we no longer offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned item so that you don’t miss out!
Shipping Costs (including return shipping) are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. Return shipping costs are determined by USPS and are calculated by the size and weight of the package as well as the distance traveled.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please email us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we will try our best to exchange your item. Items need to be in their original unworn / unwashed condition with all tags attached in order to be eligible for refund or replacement. - hello@shopwildsummer.com
Wrong Item Received
In the event that you receive the incorrect item in your shipment, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shopwildsummer.com. As long as the item meets the return criteria above (unworn / unwashed with tags attached etc.) we will issue a return label at no cost and have the correct item shipped as soon as your return package is scanned by USPS. If the item is not in it’s original condition, it will not be eligible for exchange or return.
**Keep in mind that slight color variations compared to photos are common due to different lighting as well as the display settings of the device being used to view our website. This does not qualify as wrong item received.
Missing Items
Please reach out to us within 7 days of your post marked delivery date regarding any missing items. Occasionally items in your order may ship separately, however this will typically be noted on your packing slip or in your confirmation emails.
Lost or Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing delayed, lost or stolen shipments. This includes return packages.
Please contact your local post office or UPS location with your tracking number to file a missing mail search and / or claim in the event that your shipment is missing or damaged.
Tracking information is available in your shipping confirmation email, or on your USPS return label (for returns) provided by us. If you need additional assistance we will be happy to provide any information necessary for you to provide to USPS / UPS to file a claim as well as any information needed to file a police report on your missing package.
Purchasing Insurance For Your Return Package
If you would like to insure your return package in the event of damage or loss, we recommend purchasing your own shipping with insurance at your local post office. Your items can still be shipped to the address on your return label, or the return address on your package's original shipping label.
Return To Sender / Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for shipments returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses, or due to packages not being picked up within the carrier's "hold for pickup" time frame. Your returned shipment will be processed as a regular return within 10 business days of the date received. Once your return package has been processed, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. All shipping costs, including any applicable return to sender fees charged by the carrier, will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Cancelled Orders by customer request are subject to a .03% - .06% + .30 cents cancellation fee which covers credit card processing fees. We are not able to cancel orders over the weekend or on holidays. Any cancellation requests sent over the weekend or after hours will be handled on the following business day.
Price Matching
Sale prices are not valid on previous purchases. We are not able to issue refunds on past orders to price match current sale prices.
Ineligible Returned Items
A) If you are returning multiple items and only some of your items are accepted, additional shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of shipping the ineligible items back to you. B) If a single item is returned and not accepted, you will be invoiced for the cost of your return label as well as the additional cost of having the item shipped back to you. Ineligible items will be donated after 7 days of notice if the shipping invoice has not been paid.
**We are not responsible for returning or notifying you of non Wild Summer Boutique items included in your return shipment. Please be sure to only include items that were purchased from us in your return package.
Refund Processing Time
Returns typically take about 10-15 business days on average (Monday - Friday excluding weekends and federal holidays) from the date we receive your return for your return to be processed. Refund transactions may take a few additional business days to process depending on banks.
Eligible returns received within 18 days of the order’s ship date will be refunded back to the original form of payment unless store credit is requested. Gift card purchases will be refunded to the gift card first, and any remaining amount will be issued back to the additional original form of payment.

Sezzle Refunds
Sezzle installments will continue to be withdrawn until your refund has been processed by both parties. Once processed, Sezzle will distribute the funds accordingly. If your refund is issued via store credit, Sezzle will continue to withdraw your remaining installments until your balance has been paid in full.
