Preorder Items

Preorder items are items we do not currently have in stock.

The date listed next to a preorder item is the estimated arrival-to-us date provided by the item's supplier or the shipping carrier and may vary by a couple of business days (Monday–Friday). Once the preorder shipment has arrived to us, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days depending on order volume.

Standard order processing times still apply to all preorder items. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your order is placed, even if the preorder item arrives to us sooner.

Orders containing preorder items do not ship until all of the purchased preorder items have arrived to us. If you would like your in-stock items to ship before your preorder items arrive to us, you will need to place separate orders.

In the event that we do not receive enough items from our supplier to fulfill all preorders, we will fulfill orders by date/time received and refund all orders we are unable to fulfill.

You will be charged for any preorder items at the time of purchase.
