When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 5 full business days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout and/or in your order confirmation email.

Orders containing “PREORDER” items will ship once all preorder items in the order have arrived and are available for fulfillment.

I sent my return back but haven’t received my refund yet 

Returns typically take 10–15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) from the date your items arrive at our warehouse to be processed.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Have you received my return yet? 

You can track when your return arrives by entering your return label tracking number (found in your return label email) on the USPS website.

We are not able to provide return status updates until your return has been fully processed.

Can I exchange my item for a different size

Due to fast-moving inventory, we are not able to offer exchanges.

We recommend placing a new order for the desired size and returning the original item to ensure availability.

How do I get a return label?

Please visit our returns page and click “Start Your Return Here: Return Center” to begin the process.

If you are unable to generate a return label, your item may not be eligible for return or may be outside the return window.

How long do I have to make a return?

Items must be delivered back to our warehouse within 18 days of your order’s ship date to qualify for a refund to the original payment method.

We offer a 5-day grace period beyond this window during which eligible items may be accepted for store credit.

What happens if my return is late?

Returns received after the return window will be eligible for store credit only within the 5-day grace period.

After this period, items will be:

  • Returned to you at your expense, or
  • Donated if return shipping is refused

I received the wrong size or incorrect item. What do I do?

Please email us at hello@shopwildsummer.comand we will issue a free return label for the incorrect item.

Once the return is scanned by USPS, the correct item will be shipped out.

We respond to inquiries Monday–Friday during business hours and will reply as soon as possible on the next business day if contacted after hours.

I paid for Priority 1–4 day shipping, but my delivery estimate is later

Estimated delivery dates frequently update during transit and are not guaranteed.

Although we do not guarantee delivery timeframes, most priority orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment.

Shipping estimates begin once the order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Tracking says my order was delivered but I haven’t received it

We recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, building management, or mailroom staff, as packages are often left in secure or alternate locations.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact your local USPS or UPS office as soon as possible. They may be able to retrieve your package or provide GPS delivery information.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?

For security and fraud prevention reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses once an order is placed.

If your order has not yet shipped, please email us immediately at hello@shopwildsummer.com so we can attempt to cancel it.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Please note: payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from canceled order refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Cancellation requests made after business hours or on weekends will be handled the next business day.
