I sent my return back but haven’t received a refund yet - Returns typically take about 10 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date received to process. You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed.

Have you received my return yet? You are able to see when your return arrived to us by entering your return label’s tracking number (available in your return label email) on the USPS website. We’re not able to give return status updates until your return has been processed.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?  Due to fast moving inventory, we no longer offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the desired size and then shipping back your return package to ensure you do not miss out!

How do I get a return label? Please visit our returns page and click on our “Start Your Return Here: Return Center” link to start your return. If you are not able to request a return label for items in your order, it is either because the items are not eligible for return or it is too late to return them. 

How long do I have to make a return? We must receive your return package within 18 days of your order's ship date if you would like a refund. This is including both week days and weekends. We have a 5 day grace period outside of this time frame in which store credit will be issued for eligible items.

What happens if my return is late? We have a 5 day grace period outside of our 18 day return policy in which we will issue store credit for eligible returns. After that, we can ship the items back to you for an additional shipping fee, or if the additional shipping fee is refused, we will donate your items.

I received the wrong size or the incorrect item, what do I do?  Please email us at hello@shopwildsummer.com and we will issue a free return label for the incorrect item and will have the correct item shipped as soon as your return package is scanned by USPS. If contacted outside of our Monday - Friday business hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible on the following business day!

I paid for Priority 1-3 day shipping, but the estimated delivery date is after that time frame. It is very common for USPS estimated delivery dates to update during transit! Although we do not guarantee shipping time frames as stated at checkout, there is still a very good chance your order will arrive within 2-3 business days of the ship date!

Tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received it - We recommend checking with neighbors as this is usually the case with missing "delivered" packages! If you are still not able to locate your package, we recommend contacting your local USPS or UPS location depending on which carrier was used to ship your order. They may be able to provide GPS coordinates of the actual delivery location.

I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, can you change it? We are not able to change shipping addresses due to security reasons and fraud prevention. Please email us at hello@shopwildsummer.com with your order number ASAP to have your order cancelled before it ships. Once an order has shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do! 

Can I cancel my order? As long as your order has not been fulfilled or shipped at the time we receive your request, we will be able to cancel your order! Credit card processing fees are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. Cancellation requests sent over the weekend or after hours will be handled on the following business day.
